Inspiring Quote drawing

This has to be by far one of my top ten favorite art projects I loved doing. I absolutely love how it turned out. I got a quote about beauty so my idea was to have a girls face turned and different words to define beautiful. I kept the word beautiful bold and black and all the other words different COLOR, SIZE, and FONT. You don't need to see a girls face to know their beautiful, all girls are beautiful. It was a little tricky in the beginning but in the end it was so worth it. Also I've never been able to do a drawing fast but I did the girls face in 15-20 mins and that is by far the fastest face I've drawn.

Watercolor Resist

My idea was to attempt doing a girls face. I've never attempted to draw a face in any of my art classes. My plan was to do a wild child with different hair and I did do that but I had many problems towards the ending outcome so I tossed my wild child and redid the whole project again. This time I decided to do a normal girl and I loved the outcome!

For our first art project back to school Mrs. Dewitt handed us a piece of paper and said to draw the shapes she told us to draw. We then had to connect anything that was not touching by adding a line. Then came the end of class. The next day she said we had to make these shapes into 3D sculptures. So I grab three pieces of construction paper and began my project. The end.
